k5 tested and still in one piece.
« on: September 08, 2007, 09:12:37 PM »

what can i say awesome , mind blowing n out of this world come to mind.
was out on bsb slicks my mate got from a friend that works with dunlop and nearly fell off in the pits  :emb: these things are seriously pointed it was a right struggle going slow on them down to the holding pen .
out on track the bike just falls on its ribs had to lift it out off some corners till i got used to it turn in was unbelievable not only have i ground out my knee sliders but the toe sliders and bottom of foot brake are buffed aswell .
it is so smooth and stable you get a false sense of speed feels like your going slow (trust me you aint) grip wise this was welded to the track .out braked myself at the end of the straight squeezed on the brakes wee bit to hard the rears up n the air as i was passing a dude on a yellow R1 ( yes i appologised to him) let of the brakes rear comes down n i just threw it on its side and hey the big suzuki just takes it no probs kind felt like it was wondering what the fuss was all about .so iv`e now got a new braking marker 10 feet further than i had before . the motor is balistc was short shifting at 10`000 n was posting lap time the same as on my 10r considering i have only done 4 20min sessions on the thing i think thats fookin awesome.hit the rev limiter in 4th going up the straight to make sure it had one was nearly at 15`ooo before it hit
this thing pulls a 5`000 like my 10r does at 10`000 it just pulls n pulls very strong you can fell it try to leave you you realy got to hang on to this came out the hairpin in 3rd to start with around 3`000 you get a right crackle then holly shit it try`s to pull your arms out .
so once i get a few more shot`s on it i`ll tell you what it`s like past the 10`000 rev mark as i`ve not  got the balls to hold it to over 14`000 yet  but seriously this thing is realy mind blowing hats of to all the wsb bsb n moto gp gods that ride these to the limit .
ps if any of you live near the crescent suzuki garage can you nick, pinch, steal or  borrow the traction control system that they use  :icon_thumleft:
