Someone I know very well was 'testing' his bike, which looks remarkably like a zx10r, in black, on the a3, just to see if it could see 189 on the speedo in 5th as well as 6th... Apparently as the speedo read 186 or so, said person noticed a copper coming up the slip road. By all accounts the copper looked up from his stupor, realised what he'd just witnessed,  was about to gird his loins for action and then realised it was all a bit.. late... really, for the rapidly disappearing spec in the distance.   You could almost imagine the crestfallen look on his face, so it was said!

This person then went home via the back roads, crapping himself.  However, there was nothing to worry about  [whistle] .  I HEAR that the bike was able to do 174/175 in 4th, but the top indicated speed in 5th was never verified.  [whistle]
