ah but I am a green belt  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl] and a yellow in judo though don't ask me to remember any moves all I can remember is O Goshi  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

and if I ever and to do chong ji ever again it wouldn't be to soon  :shock: thats why I switched to MMA you have a target and you can use any method (within rules) as you like...

My muay thai experience is top for it too  :headbang:
