what a load of bollocks, so he didn't name the driver but surely he knew or was the driver, money wins again by finding the loopholes [wall]

just my opinion and yes if I'd got away with similar I'd be pleased so ok it's not such a bad thing, I suppose the anooying thing is the wasted court costs and award for costs  [wall]
