19 is the bore, 16, 18 or 20 is the lever number, possibly based on leverage ratio.  I bought a billet Brembo m/c off the Harris stand at the NEC a couple of years back, a  19x16 and he said it would be perfect on the road.  When the bike blew off the sidestand in those winds earlier in the year I replaced the lever with a shorty Pazzo so now it's a 19 x 18 and I can't say I've noticed much difference.

I aint label conscious, I went for ohlins because the guy I got it done with said they are the best......  I had the cash and go a decent enough deal

at the end of the day, only pay what you want to pay.

Like Doug says they are less 'desirable' to most too

Personally I'd hang on it there and keep offering what you want to pay each time he lists them until he decides to seel at your price, he's been trying to seel them for ages too so you're in control really
