Thanks for the offer Gabs but all ok. The good thing is (if you can say GOOD thing) as my leg was pinned and screwed and the break in the bottom of the leg is the fibula which is a non weight bearing bone i dont have a cast to worry about. so yogi i can can manage   all by myself
