sundays in winter aren't quite the same as in the summer
« on: November 12, 2006, 09:17:31 PM »

oh well another dreary day and not a sniff near my bike........ spent the day driving from Chester to Cardiff and back to kindly (but never again) deliver a moped .......... I must say that there are some excellent roads in mid to bottom of Wales that I'd love to ride, there were loads of bikes out een though the weather was dreary........

what have you guys been up to today then ?

Cooked dinner, took the kids home to their mum and came back again. (Bristol to Carmarthen, well Bridgend today as my mum was helping out)

Can't wait to commute tomorrow.

I know most of the roads you talk about as I used to REP accross South and Mid Wales a few years ago and they are great.  Need to do a few more of them on the bike though.  I shall make it my mission for next year.

I have been poole quay when the Dream Machines Meets were on I like the ride though My mate ride fast in the night and I am a bit more cautious... I think its more to do with him knowing the roads. I think I were about 15 minutes behind him at one point

I went to Poole on business once and it was really nice, I just wish I could afford one of those powerboats that seemed so plentiful there
