Hi G. Zooming in on the picture of  me and steve my rear is like yours and I think its the same corner. At this time mine had 32 in the rear. Left them up a bit at first as it was a bit chilly first thing, then forgot untill I had that slide infront of you. Dropped it to 30 at lunch. All felt ok so I'm guessing its normal, maybe camera angle make it look worse

tyres will flex when i use, if they didnt it would flip off the edge as it would be like riding on solid crossply tyres

god awful lol

if it felt ok g and only you can tell then i'd say all was ok

I'm with Jon mate on this - don't think there's owt wrong with the gauge (as you got 34.5 a couple of minutes after coming off the track which is spot on) and that amount of flex is ok.   :icon_thumright:

I said it looked soft Dave :dontknow:

If the tyre is compressing like that when you get on the power then it must of been rolling.

Whos got another pic of a tyre like that, so we can compare?

yep even with air in dude

as i say the tyre has to flex, like a car tyre looks flat if you park it half on and half off the curb

with the bike over and on just a small patch if it didnt flex then you'd also have a lot less actual contact area on the tarmac

yeah i know mate, just think the worry is not needed thats all

the rear tyre is under extra strain cornering and under acceleration

and as you accelerate the rear suspension expands and the pressure has to go to the rear tyre so its got to flex

thats what i think anyway lol
