hey folks how you all doing
well on monday i was on knockhill 9am till 5 pm (20 min sessions) with hottrax then from 6pm till 8pm (15min sessions) with allan duffus he had higherd the track to celebrate 30years of dealing yam`s so all in all i put in well over 120 laps went through 40ltr fuel two rear tyres one i turned as knockhill is mostly right handers bled the brakes after the day session also done an oil n filter change before the day n its a wee bit rough sounding again so al have todo another one n ave still to check the pads my legs are still sore as is my neck n shoulders . blew the cobwebs off the pushbike today as am going to have to do some stamina training so if any of you have any tips am all ears  :icon_thumleft:

Alright mate,

Sounds like a wicked day,its pretty hardcore doing 120 laps in a day. Even the top racers dont put in laps like that on test days :shock:

Still love that lid too B-)

yeah jon a full day like that is a bit serious n am paying for it now not as young as i used to be or would like to be  :lol:


    you can all mark this date on your calanders SEPTEMBER 18th all going well al be doing the trackday at oulton that day so if any of you can make it come n say hi  :icon_thumleft:

You done Oulton before roxy? Who's it with and how much?
