feeling a bit down..... got flu symptoms not sure what it is though  :dontknow: but got Rob and the sister inlaw round for pizza they are going on holiday tomorrow so just chilling  :icon_thumleft:

Sounds like foot & mouth to me mate !   :lol:

I'm at work until 03:30.

Just waiting for the duty manager to sod off & hopefully it'll be quiet enough to  watch a DVD or 2, either that or I'll listen to my learning French course, which would be handy before I pop over ther next week.   :lol:

Yeah my missus has had the flu thing over the last two days. Your missus been looking after ya :dontknow:

trying to cut back on the fat buddy as I wanna rip up a bit got way to much belly  :-(
