S'pose I better not wear my Public Enemy t-shirt with "Fuck Da Police" on it! 

My favorite t-shirt has in big orange letters "Your Mothers Loves You" and underneath says "But everybody else thinks your a twat!"

Oh the laughs I've had wearing that in queues at airports and supermarkets!

You would think that they would spend the tax payers money to better use like sorting out the "CHAV"  Council House And Violence problems, no offence made to those that are in council housing ,

Nothing new !

It's typical behaviour, give someone a hat & tell them they've got powers & 9 time out of ten they'll behave like little Hitlers, always have & always will. 

They're easy to spot, the give away is in the title - 'street warden' in this case, others are called  traffic wardens, dog wardens, park wardens, air-raid wardens (for the really old 'uns out there !)  etc. - you may notice there's a common thread here !   

I think that there is some sort of legislation that means the local authorities are only allowed to give these jobs to people who've never gotten over being bullied at school.....
