Ness and I also had a top day yesterday!  :icon_thumright: We were completely knackered last night though and still have a few aches this morning - don't know how you managed to go to work last night Yogi!? Respect! +BHP for that.

Before the day started I was wondering if I would be able to keep up with you lads, and when a black 10 came past me on Hanger Straight at a silly speed on the 3rd lap of the first session, it confirmed what I had suspected might happen with the 10's at Silverstone. At first I thought it was Glen and was thinking "fucking 'ell, I know Glen can ride a bike, but its THE THIRD LAP! and he's never been here before". Turns out it was SaffieD aka neeeEEEE'OWWwww... Speaking of Saffie, thanks again for the tips boet! Your advice and the sussie guy's tweeks made all the difference to my day - I now understand what it means when guys say that they aren't getting any feedback from the front too. Biggest surprise of the day was when Chi came up my inside at the end of Hanger Straight - definitely gets the Most Improved award! My 2CT's also deserve a mention - I was going to throw on a set of Supercorsa Pros, but on the advice of the tyre guys decided not to, and kept the 2CT's on. Turns out they are more than enough tyre for me. One of the many highlights of the day was finally touching my knee down on the last lap of the last session. It was the perfect way to end the perfect day.

Glen - if the guys that came on the trackday are any indication, you have put together a great site here bud!  :icon_thumright:

Morning/Afternoon all,

Mega Mega Mega day...my track day virginity was taken willingly by one hell of  a track!  Great to meet all you boys (and girls), Glenn, Simple, Gopher (sorry for having my laptop which meant you got ritual humiliation), Gabs, Pocket, Bob, Jon...yeah...you know who you all are before I rant on.

Other than my trips to the grass, felt like I was improving...so thanks for all the advice and hints (Other than...don't hit the grass!)  Obviously its Rabbit by name, rabbit by nature!  Will stick my pics up in gallery (inlcuding me in the grass trap)

Trip back was crap though, got pissed on all the way back (bar about 15 miles). Leathers soaking, bike filthy and managed to get the bike sideways coming off a roundabout. But no harm done. 180 miles home!  but you know what...didn't care!  Even this morning when I fell out of bed, arms hurting, legs aching and a bum that felt like I'd been sent to Strangeways for  a weekend!

Thanks again all, can't wait to the next one!  PLease be more local ;-)
