aye Jon, to be honest it's been weird following Pat F and seeing him scraping his knee along the floor when I'm right behind him with my knee 6 inches off the floor

still think I need to get my technique sorted as I was over a long long way with my arse almost on the floor too

well , after the Sunday night slight touchdown it's just so easy..... just went out to prove that I could do it again and it's such fun, I'm like a 12 year old on christmas eve
