well how about that then!
ive been told that you can overtake to pass slow moving agricultural vehicles,
but realy need to check first .

Highway code states "You MUST NOT cross or straddle it unless it is safe and you need to enter adjoining premises or a side road. You may cross the line if necessary to pass a stationary vehice, or overtake a pedal cycle, horse or road maintenance vehicle, if they are travelling at 10mph or less"

What about passing in between the vehicle and the white lines ( only if there is sufficient space though eh  ) ?

Do the double whites mean " No Overtaking " or just " Do Not Cross " ??
