so I've got a bloody wasps nest in my wall cavity, there was a hole driplled in the front wall into the bathroom and the blighters had got into the cavity  anyhow I've filled the hole at the front and blocked it in the bathroom but some are still getting in somehow 

How many days will it take until the nest dies and I have no more invaders in the bathroom

Should be days mate, however if they are still getting in and out then it could be a lot longer.

I came home from school one day and found I had one in the cavity above a built in wardrope.  We blocked it up with newspaper and the nest died the next day.

Try spraying a couple of cans of wasp killer into the cavity and see if that will kill them off as well mate.

yes I've sprayed the best part of a can in the area and the little buggers are getting into the bathroom somehow and are dying there ha ha ha. I've killing any coming back to the nest too so the last of those should be tomorrow perhaps.

Made myself feel a bit ill spraying the wasp killer stuff in the bathroom prob stayed in there too long with little ventialtion last night 

Hopefully all will be clear for the weekend

Good luck Andy - hope you manage to kill them.  I really hate wasps, had a nest in the roof of my porch once, had to get somebody in to fumigate it.
