« on: July 13, 2007, 07:41:51 PM »

your legs could pass as James Bonds ejector seat if you hid under the car.

Nah.... it were that bad yogis second week in the gym and he done 400Kg....

when we do it we start on 2 plates a side and do the full movement knees to chest full extension... then go up in 2 plates a side....

the Pink/red weights are 25kg and the green ones are 50kg

I 100 kg then 200kg then 400kg at full extension....

then I wanted to see what I could do so I did 500 short extension the 550kg then 600kg at short extension but I could only get 5 or 6 reps my ass felt like is was going to fall out  [rofl] [rofl] [rofl]

erm... usually ok with straps but yeah they can still pop.... when I get stupid weight thats when I support my knees with my hands also helps kneecap popping...

I don't use my hands to help push just to support knees  ;-)
