I've had them on my 636 mate and they were great tyres, getting 4,000 miles out of them.

I saw a Gixer thou last night with them on and they were squared off, but he seemed to think that they were good enough on a 1000 bike.

Not sure you'll see as much milage as I did but I would have thought grip levels would be pretty good, maybe not as good as the Viper Xtreme that you had  [rofl] but they should be ok for Silverstone mate.

Just my 2p, but I'm sure someone with a 10 will be along shortly to give their opinion.

Yeah, maybe not the ideal track tyre but still have good levels of grip though.

3 weeks and the rear on the gixer is toast, squarer than Tim Henman! Nice and grippy, but made of Brie

Glenn I am running them on my gixer as Andy says. Had them on at Mallory. Maybe not as super sticky as some, but no complaints from me. As they are a road tyre I tended to feed the power on out of the chicanes instead of just wacking it open. You saw my pace though so make your own mind up.
