Have always been a Shoei/Arai man, tried a Roof daytona a couple of years ago, nice helmet but I've gotten far to used to quick change visors to be arsed messing about with screws again.

Was going to go back down the Shoei/Arai route as I figure I'm worth the best  :lol: , but tried a Schuberth S1 at the NEC show & was blown away, quite simply a higher quality product.  Plus it has the drop down sun visor so no messing about with different visors depending on the conditions, flawless anti-mist on the visor & the quietest lid I've ever worn.

Not exactly what you'd call a 'fashion' or 'bling' product though !   B-)

got any pictures pat would like to see :-) plus if you did fancy to bling it pitstop can airbrush it for you , see the forum discount section :-)

I'm currently sporting a Suomy Spec1R with a choice of clear or blue iridium visor, plain black tho. Have been toying with a Shoei Raid2 or Xr1000 mainly as a road lid cuz the Suomy is a touch loud but I like the fit and the shape. Helmet City have currently got some good prices on Shoei if anyone is looking for a new lid.

Sort of a vinyl matt black  colour, like I said, not really a bling item, but then I'm gorgeous enough already, so don't need any tawdry baubles ! Besides they'd just spoil the picture !  :glasses9:
