Nah I'm the kind of person who would love to be passenger in a rally car and I think I wouldn't be scared just in ore :lol:

Nah I was just kidding buddy I am ok.... I drive far to fast and take big risks in my car but I have been driving since I was about 14 ... use to drive our cadet landrover off road then started driving legally at normal age of course and I have always bought cars that had a bit of go...... I am still to perfect the Scandinavian flick but don't like to practice anywhere near curbs because I bent an axle on an XR2 doing it and bending an axle on my beemer is not and option so car park action only :-P

though I often get it sideways on the power  :icon_thumright: love it....  :headbang:

I watched the episode of top gear the other nite wear hammond did the scandinavian flick in that rascal



Fair play to be into your cars though mate, I've never had fast car been in some but never had the rush... so don't have the heart to put money into one.

I know how you mean.... I probably would if I got into bike earlier as I wouldn't be able to afford it.... But I liked my cars first.... I do need the ulitmate performance machine though to get it out of my system.... so between now and September I think I will be looking to change maybe  :icon_thumright:

I like cars too.  I've got an Integra Type R and love driving it - its built to be thrashed and sounds great when the vtec cuts in  :hello2: :hello2:

My brother in law works for BMW and i manage to blag a test drive in the new toys.  M3's and M5's are great but i got a go in a CSL and that was amazing.  He managed to borrow it last month and went to Nuremburgring in it and was posting 8:45 ish with very little track knowledge.  Wow...  Should get a test drive in the new M3 when they come out, which i am looking forward to.

Have to say though that the most FUN car i have ever owned was the integra type r... ( The 1.8 Vtec, not the new one )  God that car was amazing, perfectly balanced and loads of power for a 1.8.  It outpaced loads of more powerful cars on the twisties.

I have now gone a little sensible in my old age and with 2 kids to run around and gone for an Accord Type s for me and a 325 m sport for the wife.   But my car days are not over, i promised myself a Porsche for my 40th B'day as i have always loved 911's, and more importantly the wife has given permission.  6 long years to wait though, but it will be the current GT3 07 /08.   Until then i will be sticking to the sensible cars and get all my speed kicks from the bike ( And BMW test drives. ) :headbang:

i like my cars as well, as i dont ride on the road i need to have some fun out there. i've got a honda civic type-r on a 52 plate its got some mods as well just to make that little bit better. the sound it makes when you hit the v-tech is great  :headbang:
