I've just been for a nice lazy ride up and down the 660. Had to go visit family near Peterborough and thought some bugs needed killin'. It was soooooo foooking fantastic to be out on the bike. Ifelt like I was reborn.

2hours 45min or good riding. My neck aches, my arms ache, my back aches ...... but my smile is from ear to ear.

No must go and pay some attention to the missus seeming as I feel alive and she is browsing catalogues which normaly some new piece of furnature or something to get her own back for me enjoying myself.

I just spent the evening putting the bike back into road trim after nearly two months in track trim. I need to get back out for a ride. They say its going to be summer for one day tomorrow, so i'm planning to get out and put a smile on my face and kill some bugs of my own.

What you upto tomorrow James,fancy a steady ride out somewhere?
