Well it's been a bit quiet lately
« on: July 05, 2007, 11:19:50 PM »

Guess the weather has taken it's toll now we are several weeks into rain everyday in the summer months  [wall]

No tales of big wheelies or high speed adrenaline for ages  :crybaby2:

Think I might pop into the garage and take the covers off mine tomorrow to admire it and maybe start it up for a few minutes  [wall] fek me this weather is so depressing, we wait all winter for this crap  :tongue2:

So has anyone been up to much in the last two weeks bikewise, have to admit that I haven't  [wall]

Think you've summed up what I was thinking there Andy.

It seems that there are no biking tales to be told as not many will venture out with the weather the way it is at present.

Although I'm out in it everyday, have nothing to report other than gravel all over the roads where I commute.  If you can recall, me and gravel have not got on together to well of late, but I'm getting the better of it.

I have however found out that 113 mph is the optimum speed for the windblast to remove the rain from the visor of a Shoei XR1000, if that helps.
Trust me I've had plenty of opportunity to try 112 & 114 and neither do as good a job as 113.

Do you know Andy, I was just sitting here thinking what can I be doing at 5 in the morning and when I consulted my diary I was shocked to find out that I had a meeting with my pillow.  So on this occasion I'm afraid I cannot commit to your request, as much as I'd like to.  :dontknow:
