you'll be alright buddy you'll be a bit sore tomorrow but Monday you will be fresh... drink plenty of fluid eat well and get some protein in you chicken etc have some nice complex carbs brown bread brown rice etc not to much though and monday get ready for a beasting  :icon_thumright:
