yeah sorry guys its a working process I have never video edited before and I don't want to give you guys a pile of shit..... so will be a while more.....

all I have at the moment is moviemaker.... if you have a better suggestion I am all ears

We used to use a program called Acid Pro from Sony. I t was develepod for video but landed up being used for audio mixing. I havn't used it for awhile so Idon't know what the new package is like. V.Good programme though. let me call another mate and ask the question, hold caller.

Glenn, if you can pinch the wifes MACBook from her for a couple of hours there's a good free video editing suite included with it called iMovieHD. It's more than adequete for your uses mate, you can make fancy menus, titles, blending one scene to another etc. 

Failing that mate you can send the raw footage to me and I can edit it for you if you want on my MACBook.

I also have Adobe Premier Elements 2.0 for the Windoze PC as well.  It does far more than I could ever hope to need or know.

Shit I forgot he's at the Cork festival and his missus is at home. She does editing was going to ask what programme she uses. He's back on Wednesday so maybe i can ask if she has any free time  ( for editing)??
