Why can't I upload pics from my laptop to " Just havin a laugh 'ere " ?   

File size/type is right and I've done it b4 with pics of bike.   

Just get window sayin' " explorer encountered error etc " or similar bullshit.

Could be any number of reasons.

Are you doing it from work connection - could be that they have changed thier firewall rules.
Is your laptop a work one - could be that they have set it in a Group Policy recently
Does your laptop need to be re-booted - Windows 

Could it be something not quite right on this server - Glenn will know if it is (well soon enough anyway)

what physical size is the image and what size i.e how big in KB's is the image.....

Image is as per advice in " forum advice ".

Have also tried significantly reducing them in size but nowt doin'. 

I'm on the web via a data card and laptop, could that be problem, but as I said before I've uploaded through laptop before.

instead of attaching them I usually save them to somewhere like the gallery here or inageshack.com and then hotlink them, maybe try that method
