Bastards mate the lotta them, had the same problem at my dealership.

Amate of mine used to be a car salesman and he told me that the mechanics no sorry technicians get a parts bonus.

The more they can get on without being over the top the more they get.

thats the trouble with these dealerships, they like to tell you well in advance of when things really need doing.  When I first got the Integra Type R and it had the 6000 mile service done they said 'oh your front pads will need replacing soon, shall we do them now?'.  I decllined, and they never actually needed to be replaced until I got to the 66,000 mile service   :icon_scratch: [wall]

mate I got a full service history bmw and I take it to my main bmw dealer and they say if the car is 5 years old with full service history you get a loyalty discount of almost 50%  :icon_thumright:

Is that just your dealer that offers that, or all bmw dealers?
