you have 2 arms one for left one for right ,drill some holes put on a bracket for the plate,or tape onto your back?

rode a bike with just a day time MOT for a couple of years ,even now when leaving roundabouts a still do a hand signal

You can get fibreglass road fairings, they have all the indents for lights etc and you just cut and drill them yourself
