I dont get it ? if he was escaping from some crime scene why did he set off so slow and why were there all these cameras from different angles and how did they know where to put the cameras in advance - did they know which road he would take ? And if they had the whole thing televised from the beginning then they could have walked up to him at the start and calmly said your nicked mate.
