so this is it then here goes...... my quest for ultimate riding.... it all started this year when I finally change the oe tyres to the avon viper xtremes already the confidence come on by miles... then my first knee down then my suspension come and it gets better and better.... then off to mallory to boost even more confidence.... thinking that I am almost there I hit the isle of man... straight away this is a whole different ball game..... but balls soon go back to where they came from and I was giving this mountain lark all the respect it deserves.... again I wasn't the slowest but not way was I the fastest....
well after hitting it 3 times the first day I think I was getting there and almost cracked it.... well after finding a short cut and good weather I hit the mountain over and over again up to about the 15th time on Friday we site down at the beautiful creg ny baa to have breakfast.... well after breakfast the guys wanted a rest and I didn't I wanted to hit the mountain again I didn't want to waste the weather it was gorgeous 19 degree beautiful sun and only a few clouds.... so off I went on the normal shortcut route left just before the creggy and follow all the way to laxey.... then round the mountain through dhoon then rounds some cracking roads.... theres this lovely sweeping left not to tight but just tight enough..... national speed limit which to the IOM is unlimited and I was doing about 60 or 70 after I scrubs off the speed nice and early let the fork setting before dipping in only hung off slightly and not trying to get my knee down this time was trying to carry more corner speed... then oh shit thats when it happed it just washes out... feck me it could of been anything .... but in my mind I did all the right things... got the speed off, got the position right ,got the right gear just about the right speed... I mean feck me these bikes take bends at 130 not just 70
well anyway heres the bike pics....
