Cradley Kawasaki gone to Shit

For years i have stuck by Cradley Kawasaki Parts, occasionally something would be missing or extra included but given there normally next day dispatch and reasonably postage iv been happy, but Fuck me  [wall] i Ordered 17 parts beginning of last week various oddities and so today had cause to ring them for a trace on it, well they haven't sent it  :pottytrain2: WTF he says i e/mailed you last Monday there are two parts on back order that wont be here till next week. I dug the mail out of spam
 "Dear customer
Part number 11055-0756 and 39062-0260 are not in stock
They could take up to 3 weeks to obtain from japan
Would you like to proceed with the order or receive a refund?
Regars,stan,pars" so for the sake of two parts he withheld the fucking lot??? WTF

Yeah most dealers do that; normally they'll email and say would you like them released as long as you pay additional postage for the parts on back order...

Thanks Dave i have my head around it now, it was just a one time thing where the part i really needed ASAP they had, but hadn't posted because of not having a couple of inconsequential parts,  :mad:
