Hello everyone. I picked up my black 2005 ZX-10R on Friday night and it hasn't stopped raining since! Rode very gently to work this morning what with damp roads and all that extra BHP! Had a Suzuki SV1000 before; nice bike but just got bored with it after 3 years. What really did it  though was some smug bastard in a TVR left me for dead on a fast straight bit of A road, the SV had to go  :cry:

First impressions; Wow this bike is tiny and what an engine...doesn't seem to matter what gear you're in, it just pulls smoothly.

Anyway, I look forward to posting loads of dumb noob questions in the near future, now where's that old git in his TVR  :pottytrain2:

Hello, Good evening and Welcome.....to the Mad House!

SV1000 hey, I had a 650 for a year or so and my best mate had a 1000....surprised the TVR did ya....maybe ya want trying hard enough ;-)  But great choice on a replacement....your gonna love it!

Was thinking of buying a sv1000 naked for a second bike as a commuter...I'll keep ya posted ;-)

Welcome aboard, had a TVR driving up me ass the other day whilst cruising at 70, wouldnt have minded but he started on the horn and lights :mad:, red rag to a bull, small twist on the throttle and bysey bye TVR :pottytrain2: obviously doesnt realise its not only the Starship Enterprise thats capable of warp speed!!!!
