new bike colour schemes
« on: January 19, 2018, 10:08:18 PM »

Ive spent the last few hours browsing new 1000cc bikes with a few beers. Normally after a few bottles,  my beer goggles are on......but im still struggling to see a new bike with a decent paint scheme on it.

The 2018 ZX10RR in black is just boring. The 2018 ZX10R looks terrible, the same goes for most of the other brands too. The 2017 ZX10r KRT looks decent.

GSXRs are same old same old

Ducati are just plain

Aprillia ive never really liked the colours of

Am i just getting old????:dontknow:

Your right mate nothing out there inspires even with beer goggles, getting wrap, hydra dip or cuctom paint seems wrong with a new bike ehh :-(

It's all personal taste at the end of the day. For me I've always preferred plain or more subtle colour schemes over lairy shellsuit graphics. But I don't mind a well executed race replica scheme.

Which bike show are you going to, Maddog? Make sure to take some pics.
