Ohlins steering damper upgrade
« on: November 27, 2016, 05:36:49 PM »

These are uprated valves for the electronic damper to replace the standard motor.
These valves are 0.5mm longer than stock position (fast road) or 0.6mm (track only).
These completely eliminate wobbles and head shakes and give you so much confidence.
They still allow full steering and are not noticable at slow speeds.
Cnc made in the uk out of high grade alloy.
£49 delivered uk mainland.

Sorry not as of yet. There is already a valve upgrade for that from ohlins. If you can get hold of a stock esd from a 2014 bike then pop one of these valves in you will not be disapointed i guarentee you. You be able to sell your stock one to get money back too ;)

Take the brass needle out which has a hole drilled up its centre and fill the hole with solder. Works a treat but when fully closed the damper will lock, so make sure it is cracked open to suit. It's pretty obvious when its fully closed as the bars won't move, so no risk.

You leave the standard motor plugged in and then it fits neatly under the front tank plastic. No fault codes that way.
Ive sold quite a few now, mainly to america but some to canada and other countries plus a few in the uk.
Everyone is happy with them.
