Guys, just read MCN and theres an article on 360 degree cameras mounted on those white vans especially designed to first detect you from the front, then through cameras on the side of the van it cops u again getting shots of the rider and the plate.

So no more stickin the Vs and poppin a one wheel protest at the little white vans as u pass them, not that i do

The whole idea of speed camera's is to get ALL of us OFF the roads,to make it so uncomortable and expensive to go out,zero tolerance of any speed excess,so you lose your licence,when we all have GPS devices fitted to our machines at OUR cost,they will report where we have been,and how fast,if at any time we break the speed limit, our little device will report us to the appropriate people,then the NIP comes through the letterbox,SIMPLE,believe me,this WILL happen,don't know when,but it will.

Agree with what you all say, i just getting so f---ked off with it all, seems everyone is out to get us one way or another.

I will keep riding the way i do, which is safe fast at times but safe.

If the government had its way it would be track days only and no bikes on the roads, total toss.

I think its the one thing that binds all bike riders together - Harley riders, custom builders, fitlhy fat bastards at the rallies who look well hard, all of 'em - a little touch of  'wantin to let your spirit roam free' sort of thing - speed cams dont help the roamin' !

Only a matter of time before we will have every move we make monitored.

We are caught on camera on average around 300 times a day, what with the trialling of that little camera in the sky and now even chief's of Police saying that it's getting out of hand when will it stop?  When will the government of the day realise that enough is enough.  I don't remember ever signing my consent to be monitored in such a way, so why should we have to put up with it.

I think that an uprising will be on it's way and we'll be living in a world of Mad Max and the like and I definately think it will happen in my life time.

Where are the bobby's on the beat, where are the squad cars catching the people who run without TAX, MOT and Insurance.  Will a camera catch someone who is under the influence driving or riding.  No they can't do it, so why not put the toys away and get real coppers back on the roads.

Bollocks to em,until it arrives,I am still gonna enjoy meself,although I am SLOW!!! The local authority I work for want to  introduce a CCTV Camera INSIDE the CCTV centre,to monitor the STAFF!!!!!The reason being that sometimes it is a male and a female on duty,and the want to protect them!!!You know,2 proffessional people,doing a good job will have a camera trained on them all the time!!Where are we going in this country with this  obssession with camera's??

Just think all the power and emmisins all these cameras and the detecters they use put out. Surely it is bad for teh global warming bollox. Heres a thought maybe I ride a bike it offset the carbon emmissions of the cameras. Bikes help with the congestion bringing carbon emmissions down. We save and tehy waste it. And no I'm not a tree hugger I have two cars and a Bike.

people will find ways around it... look at computers ... they aren't full proof there are hackers about and there is always one way or another to crack something ...
