Zx10r calipers

Correct. The Tokico calipers used on the gen1/gen2 bikes used 4 small pads as do the Nissin calipers from the ZX6R/ZZR14. The pads from both types of caliper are very similar barring the castellations size difference as mentioned. The gen3 Tokico calipers use 2 large pads.  :icon_thumleft:

That's interesting just for future reference do you have any pictures of where you removed material ?

sorry just took a bit off each side of the metal untill the slid in  actual pad size not touched
