Go pro settings

Anyone have any advice on the best setting to have my go pro in? Got a track day that I want to film from on my bike

Depends on how big your sd card is, how powerful you pc is and what your going to do with it. The higher the res the more info stored on the card and the quicker it gets filled up, although your battery will run out long before this. Also if you plan on editing then you'll need a decent pc and graphics card for the higher resolutions if not you'll be there forever.

I generally set mine to 1080p 60fps, which gives a resolution of 1920x1080 the 60fps lets you run slow mo without it looking jumpy. From this I can watch on my tv, pc or upload to the web although some sites require the resolution to be reduced which is easily done editing software.
