I love my AGV Pista and if I can get it x-rayed and its ok then i'll get it painted, but it is noisy and pretty uncomfortable in comparison to the X-Lite. X-Lite have loads of different colour variations, Lorenzo and Chaz Davies reps are available.
To my knowledge nobody x-rays crashed helmets and never has done. The old tale of Phoenix Distribution (former Arai UK distributor) x-raying helmets was just a myth which still for some reason keeps doing the rounds. As far as I know all they ever did was give crashed helmets a thorough visual inspection (inside and out) and give it a thumbs up/down based on their years of experience.
Moto Direct are the importers for AGV and Arai nowadays and you may be able to send yours to them for inspection but judging by the damage in the picture IMO they'll probably advise you not to use it again.
