Saw this the other night on Sky with the missus.

Well written and kept both of us enthralled right up to the end. Some good acting by Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway.

Enjoyed it but don't think it will make any all time great short lists  :glasses9:

Work experience : Discoverer of caves behind waterfalls, slayer of Demons, spent a short time (a very short time) as keeper of the Heavenly stables (a very over-rated job if you ask me). Currently bodyguard to the jibbering fool Tripitaka (who doesn't appreciate me at all) and full time Great Sage..

Watched it 3 times but only saw the ending once.

Twice I tried to watch it on a flight and we landed before it was finished.

Good film though. Cleverly written and really enjoyed it.
