I cant wait to do my next trackday, i want to join the Ron Haslam Rac School and eventually get into racing.

I don't suppose you know anyone who wants to straight swap a 900, 98 Fireblade for a 600, R6, the newer version of the 636 or a CBR 600 F Sport or whatever really, its something i want to commit to but just want to see what the general idea is.

My next trackday has to be the GP circuit of Silverstone and then Donnington. I did Silverstone last October but only the one down from the GP circuit.

Oh you being a gym nut as well, what do you think of Hammer curls buddy?

Hammer curls I don't think focus the shape of the muscel too well though I do use them but only when doing really heavy weight like the 30 kg dumbells.... I also do what they call a cheating movement... this is when you have a slight body movement to aid the weights movement.... I only use this to shock the muscle into tearing so it grows back bigger

Thanks for info on Hammer movements buddy, will try the 30kgs i do the 26kgs and on a good day the 28kgs for this. Im aching  at the moment and with that im offsky to the pit. Will let know about Silversyone.

WHY?....cos its a shit load of weight,thats why!! At work i have to top up the soft water system with salt and that comes in 25kg bags which are quite heavy but to use that weight on a dumb bell....!....thats a lot of weight to be shifting in one hand!! Yeah i know Peeps shift more than that and Horse and Henas will come along and say they do more using fore finger and thumb!!  .....  ..... suppose im a little impressed with ya Pal!!

Henas don't do 30KG for curls (he could do the fecker is strong as fook) but he varies his training alot and only catch him doing certain exercises heavy.. thing that bugs me about him the... is I take weeks to build up me weight to the 60kg dumbel incline chest press .... he has 4 weeks of come in and lifts the fook no problem  bastaad
