hi, I'm craig and i'm in the process of buying a 2007 zx10r on thursday. finance all sorted,old bike up for sale. BIG BIG PROBLEM.Damn insurance prices. wasn't expecting such a huge hike. 2.5k :-( :shock:

That seems way too expensive, unless you have a seriously bad crash record and are under 20 years old.  Have you tried Bennetts, Carol Nash, MCE, Devitts? :icon_scratch:

Just renewed mine yesterday with MCE.  £98 with 5 years NCB but my postcode is cheap for insurance
