Password reset request

Hi unfortunately I have forgot my password. I'm still logged in on my phone hence I can send this message but unfortunately cannot logon on my PC anymore with out a password reset. I have requested a password reset be sent to me but unfortunately I never get an email. I have checked I have the correct registered email in my profile so was hoping one of the moderators could help me out and explain what I need to do. Thanks for any help that can be offered. Thanks for the link but I had already tried that and it doesn't actually send me an email.

Having this problem again.

Can still access using my current phone as it has the password remembered. Problem is I've got a new phone and can't logon as can't remember password and password rsest says its sent me an email but it hasn't and I have checked the junk folder.

Old phone goes tomorrow so if I don't get a password reset I'm effectively locked out of my account.

Can one of the moderators please manually email me a password reset link.
