And the Dymags...
Love the irony of posting on here about "your" bike being in Fastbikes and "I could've bought a Paginale with how much I've spent..."
Seem to recall someone else spending the money and doing the work.
You just took advantage and flogged off the shiny bits....

:occasion14: hammy  I remember it too  but, at least its to a good home, still being cherished and posed on........and....at least it still has the green cable ties on the front forks ....which took me ages to find some that colour  :occasion14:

Hammy..... Wind your neck in!!! Will you moan about me removing stickers from the bike too??

The single exhaust, dymags, track tyres were taken off to make it road legal. The exhaust was sold to a forum member on here for not much money.... The wheels and tyres to a mate of Horse for not much money......so no advantage taken!

The quote regarding how much "I've spent" is out of order.....as in... The order is wrong in relation to what I actually said... I said I've got this bike, a gen 1 zx10 and zx6rr. The amount I've spent on them could have got me a panigale.

You will notice the lack of rear AP racing rear calliper........don't worry.....I've not taken advantage and flogged the shiny bit......its in my garage awaiting a bracket as the offset on std wheels are slightly different to the dymags that I took advantage of and flogged.

I could if I wanted sell the shiny parts off.....its my bike!....but I told mark that im keeping it and adding my own touch to it...... Which is what I'm doing so no advantage being gained Hammy

Mark...... Those cable ties are priceless and are staying on the bike lol.

Really? My neck is squarely where I want it to be.
Might want to go and read the text in the pics back up there bud - your words I quoted - third paragraph in case you need help.....
Up to you what you do to it once you've handed over the cash but don't make out you did all the work to a mag when we all know the bike on here very well.

Yep... Really

If you read my last post the quote part was clearly explained

I've read the article.... In fact I read it before I posted the last post hence the explanation

Where did I say that I carried out the work???

Do You really think I'd post on a forum from where I purchased the bike and claim I did all of the work???

"You can go and buy a bike from a shop front and ride away, but I'd rather buy something I like the look of and do it up as I want it to be, it's definitely more fun"

Doesn't sound like "I bought it off a forum member already modded however there were things I needed/wanted to change to make it how I want" does it.

I did buy it and do it up as I wanted it to be? If I didn't I'd have left the wheels, racefit, stickers, lights etc on it?!

So in answer to " why do you think addictions and bikes go hand in hand" should have the answer " I bought it off a forum member already modded however there were things I needed/wanted to change to make it how I want"

The article was called " addictions"....... It's on the top of each page in case "you need help....."
