Does anyone know a guy from here called Faulksie (Ian) ?
He also runs a site called bikeclubfrance, basically i paid him £150 via paypal for some zx10r bodywork in November last year, since then he has said on several occasions that he will send the items the next day only to find that 4 months down the line I have still no fairings and now he stopped answering the phone to my number despite me being polite and friendly about the whole delay - not once have i got funny with him and each time i have given the benefit of the doubt etc...
He seemed like a genuine guy tbh and mentioned he had some health issues over winter so i said that's ok and kept giving him more time but now it looks like its never coming and im now getting no response.
I have been nothing but polite and understanding in all my contacts with him to date and have given every opportunity for him to sort out the parts as my bike is locked up for winter anyways but its getting nicer now and I would like to see my cash or my panels really before i have to purchase another set from someone else to get the bike back on the road.
This is the first time in 10 years of buying from the internet that i have ever had a problem being scammed when purchasing stuff, pretty disappointed tbh that it was by a fellow biker and forum member on here and someone that from all his posts seemed genuine
any advice guys or anyone have bad dealings with him before ?
