Newbie and my first zx10
« on: February 25, 2015, 07:09:24 PM »

Hi All,
I would like to introduce myself to the forum  Name is Mick  I Am 56 and
live down in Poole, Dorset on the South Coast Uk.
Just purchased my First ZX10  it’s a 2013 with 3,000 miles on the clock at the moment the Bike is having some modes done before I put it on the road.
I am having a top yoke convention made and some Fat Bats fitted and I have just purchased a link pipe and Akrapovic  exhaust which will be fitted this week.
Just sold My 2008 Suzuki B-King I put 32,000 miles on the clock It had 175 BHP at the back wheel loved the B-king,  But it was a heavy Bike just moving around in the drive way was hard work ..
So I am looking forward to getting the ZX10 and putting some miles on it..

Mick

Welcome aboard.  I did exactly the same this time last year, got a 2010 Zx10R and put a top yoke/fat bar conversion on it.  Great bike and I love it.  It replaced a Z1000, so riding position is now very similar to that, just with another 40bhp and about 30kg lighter  :-S
