Hey Ninja riders

Hi,
My name is Alan and I live in Gloucester.  Just bought a 2008 ZX10R in pretty much bog standard trim and looking forward to tricking it up for the track, but only sensible mods to improve lap times.  So any advice welcome.
Had Norton's, Blades and GSXR's in the past and this is my first ride on a Ninja.  Done loads of track days and the weapon of choice seems to be the ZX10R or S1000RR, so it was time to jump ship from the trusty old GSXR1000.  Looking forward to the new ride.
