Push the 10R instead of riding  it ..............  on second thoughts you wouldn't get your knee down pushing it or have as much fun. Drink loads of water eats lots of lettuce, nope makes me sound like a rabbit. A shit I give up drink beer and eat pork chops. Use the power of the 10

I too keep thinking it's about time I get back into some sort of training so I can enjoy trackdays a bit more (more time/energy etc) but each time the problem is a lack of training partner to compete against which is what motivates me. I'm carrying more weight than you too

If your fairly active at work then I wouldn't worry too much about actual weight but the idea of something like cycling will build your stamina and make you feel better which is more important.

chris change your diet and drink more water.....

eat 5 to 6 smaller meals rather than 3 big ones if you eat less more often you find your body burns of what you need rather than storing it as fat....

you need to balance you caloric intake to your calories that you burn in a day and then even it out....

stop eating non complex carbs like white bread and white pasta and white rice....

eat wholemeal or brown... potatoe is good to keep you carbs before latest 6pm only eat protein meats and veg or salad after 6 this will stop it sitting in you over the night as you burn food slower in the night and will turn to flat...  :icon_thumright:

PM me if you want personal diet programs  :icon_thumright:
