looking through the many pics of me there are hardly any where I am sat correctly, I rememered only lastnight that I should be pushing my body forward not sitting up like a plonker  [whistle]

thats possibly why there was no knee down... the lean helps with the angle ... something to do with centre of gravity...... I find being closer to the bike alsoi helps with confidence to crank it over  :icon_thumright:
