Hi, they are off my 2005 ZX10r C2H model, will fit 04 too! Yes they fit to standard brake hoses. Because these were originally Fireblade calipers, they come with specially made brass spacers, to fit perfectly on the disc! Are you anywhere near Oxford? Cheers Jack

Hi, They were off a 2005 CBR1000 Fireblade.
