New Ninja from Sussex

Hi guys and gals,

Just taken delivery of my nice 2005 ZX10R, Forman excellent chap who swapped it for my Aprilia RSVR . Great bike, in great condition!

Any mods advice , suspension set up,advice greatly appreciated
