To be honest I don't know.

The dimension at the top yoke is 50mm which is pretty much standard on most late model sport bike.

The measurement at the bottom yoke is 55mm.

There was a recent thread about this (cant remember which section though). Yes they will fit but you also need the yokes, wheel and a few other bits. Doable but not just a simple swap job as you might think.

Yes but not without EVERYTHING.
you will also need a press to remove both stems and then swap them over.
Ignition switch will need changing along with wiring.
Immobiliser antenna is different.
