Does the swing arm come with captives, spindle, adjusters, caliper carrier and caliper?

comes with adjusters, spindle, caliper hanger and paddock stand lifters.

I have many of the parts you list from a sister Hawk bike, but what I'm particularly interested in is one of their engine covers - they fabricated one to replace the starter and ignition cover, with a hanger for the clutch cable. If you're interested at all in parting this off the engine, please PM me and include a photo of the cover.

Can we have a close-up picture of that clutch mechanism? How does it compare to standard?

Standard is part of the starter gear cover.
Hawk and PSG-1 have a separate one bolted to the cover and a billet idler cover that works as a crashable slider too
